We Go On!

 

This week, six beautiful, grieving souls attended the We Go On Tour, a gathering of souls with the commonality of love and loss.

Everyone experiences grief in their own way. Reflecting on the event, there were so many great takeaways, but what I most appreciated is the field guide.

I started following the host, John Onwuchekwa, in 2023. While I don’t know him personally, he quickly became my teacher in my journey of grief. His words encouraged me to lean into my grief, rather than avoid processing it. I bought his book, “We Go On,” the hard copy and the audio version. I read and listened to it twice, back to back. What a blessing it has been to me.
