On Saturday, November 15, the Sugar Creek Church of Christ Healing Hearts Ministry held its fourth event of the year, Navigating Grief Around the Holidays. Approximately 15 people were in attendance, and the group focused on matters of the heart under the facilitation of Kelly Taylor. The group shared what it means to have a Heavy Heart, a Steady Heart, a Healing Heart, and a Hopeful Heart.
We would like to express our deepest condolences to the family of Kevin and Crystal Griffen in the loss of Brother Griffen's sister, Cassandra.

I found so many gems in this interview as I was reminded that we are walking through grief, and it is a gift that cannot be squandered. We will all experience grief, but we must try to transform it into something that can help ourselves or others.
