Pamela Hempstead is a fired-up single woman of God! Born in Detroit, Michigan, Pam grew up in Southern California. She and her sister moved to Charlotte, NC to be with their brother in 2004. Pam is a published author of the book, “Single With Purpose, The Single Sister’s Tool for Living Single & Celibate & Loving It!” In the book, she encourages single Christian women to maintain their celibacy until marriage or until, by discovering their self-worth and walking in their purpose. She has also released her second book entitled, Inconvenient Obedience; The Journey of Christian Growth, From Milk to Meat. This book details her journey through breast cancer in a pandemic, losing her brother, and the choice she made to allow those experiences to deepen her relationship with the Lord.
Pamela has her B.S. in Psychology and Human Services and her Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She is a licensed therapist and has her own private practice. Pam is excited about the ministry work God has called her to and works hard to walk in her purpose on a daily basis! Pamela is a fitness instructor and teaches Stretch, Balance and Myofascial Release classes. She helps her clients experience positive mental, physical and spiritual changes. Being a breast cancer conqueror and having lost her only brother has helped her put her favorite scripture, 2 Timothy 1:7 into practice on a daily basis. She enjoys cooking healthy food and spending time with her nieces-pieces.
